22/44 is not a notation used for glasses prescriptions.  If you are reading that number imprinted on your glasses, it is not the prescription.  It is the model number or the colour of the frame.

In any event, your glasses prescription cannot be used for contacts.  The contact lens prescription is determined separately by a process called contact lens fitting.

22/44 makes no sense at all...I don't know where you got those numbers, but they have nothing to do with the prescription of your glasses.
