You are basically qualified, however you also need a proven track record beyond your basic training. Its almost impossible to go from flight school to a major carrier.

Apply to smaller carriers first. Remember a basic but unwritten tenant is are you somebody a recruiter would be comfortable with flying an Aircraft with their family on board.

You still have some work to do.

Sure..if you have 1500 hours.

If not, build some hours.....Flight instructor, Charter.....

As your flight instructors on ways to build hours. I'm sure he or she will give you all the information you need.

No.  Unless you are in an airline's training program you must acquire considerable jet captain experience to be hired as a copilot at a major airline.
