He obviously doesn't have a broken neck, but he did attack Shelton Benjamin, He Came out to help Matt, and he still may have unfinished buisness with MVP. He is also in the WWE title picture.

I doubt that Jeff and Matt are reforming, I don't even see him going for the World title so my best guess is Shelton Benjamin because he cost Jeff the match, but then again he could continue this feud MVP. I just hope it's Shelton so he can get some more gold around his waist.
