Lasagna, made with left-over spaghetti bolanaise sauce. With some salad and garlic bread. Yum!

I fried cut onions and green peppers and when almost done, I added some chopped bacon bits and fish squares, and finally a little cooked rice to form a Jambalaya of sorts...

I made a little sauce from milk, mayonnaise and flour to go with that and it was really lovely.

And not at all expensive.

Try it for a Delicious surprise.
