macaroni... i always always make it too watery lol. I hate it

Country fried steak...the juices from the meat always make the coating soggy.

Fudge...from scratch!   You can use it as hot fudge sauce or if I continue to cook it, you can retread your tires!  Whenever we have the fudge craving...I have to use the marshmallow recipe....not the same!

I consistently make one perfect pancake before the skillet gets too hot and they are mangled.

Calamari (squid)- I've given up- it's like chewing on rubber bands!
