it means that there is some sort of transportation between the parking lot and the location you are visiting. like Disneyland or World. you park your car and there will be a tram that will take you from the parking lot to the main gate. some airports, malls, etc also provide this service.

it is exactly that you park in a parking lot, and get picked up by a tram/bus or whatever and go to your destination from there.

for example in disney, if you are going to magic kingdom you park in the parking lot and get the tram and it will take you to the place to either get the monorail or the ferry
