Whats possible to happen if someone had the ability (super power) to control and change chemical reactions/levels in a human body?

er...since we can't speculate how that "power" would work it's impossible to envision what the effect would be.

If you want to go Sci-Fi then you could postulate some magical power without limits that would allow the user to make a body collapse or explode or exsanguinate entirely through the orifices, but that is Stephen King territory.

Everything about the human body ultimately comes down to chemical reactions, if you could generally control them then you could do pretty much anything.  If you were super powerful enough to change elements from one to another then you really would be able to do everything and anything your heart desired.

Since our body relies largely on various chemical reactions, the ability to control them could cause great damage and likely death.  Slow reactions may include food digestion and faster ones would be involved with the transmission of signals through nerves.  Neurotoxins disturb those and can kill.  Bodies are delicately balanced and imbalance is the root of many diseases.  I would have a hard time trusting someone with that super power to use it on that rare occasion when it was needed to save others.
