MLS is the best, but Find an agent instead, he'll do the job for you because the "new releases" are never on the web sites, but your agent does have access to that.

mls site is the best for houses listed with realtors also if you know which city/ town you want to buy in then go to the local website by typing in the name of the town to access houses by owner.

if you want to buy in creston bc let me know as i am selling my house....

You can't buy a house online, just look at the listings at mls.ca---when you figure out what area, price, etc, call an agent.
