the OS is just really solid compare to Vista. If you wanna get a macbook pro, apple has a buy a mac get an ipod deal right now.

I believe that it has the most advanced operating system in the world. I have experienced few problems, and in the problems that I have experienced were due to my lack of knowledge about Macs. But now I know everything about them.

Don't get a MacBook Pro. Get a regular MacBook

If you just want it for "cool stuff" I wouldn't bother. Macs are for people who want to get things done and enjoy the experience, not for people who want to add all kinds of c**p to their desktop. Stick to Windows if all you want is eye-candy.
