  1. Good Fried chicken has flavor. You need to try some good Fried Chicken.

  2. it is cruunchy and good

    and it taste like onion

  3. I think fried chicken is gross!!

  4. Who's cooking your chicken? They must not now how to prepare & cook it. Good fried chicken has flavorful & moist. Love them, try eating out I guess who ever cooks or fries chicken is not doing a good job & don't know how. I suggest you start learning from the experts who knows how to cook & try eating those fried chicken from KFC or Popeyes they're flavorful too. They're delicious.

  5. I love those that are marinated, wrapped with greaseproof paper before dunking them into the hot oil to deep fry - so-o-o succulent and tasty with all the juices sealed inside the paperbag.

  6. i agree....with some chickens they taste like that..but try some KFC or popeyes!

  7. I agree with you.I would rather eat a boiled chicken with a little spice and enjoy taking the meat off the bone rather than this FRIED and unhealthy....

  8. Obama has given it his blessing

  9. what chicken are YOU eating??? The nursing home variety? GET SOME PROPER SEASONINGS other than that bland flour that you've been served......sheeeesh!!

  10. If it tasted like nothing people wouldn't eat it. And there is seasoning, dumb nut.

  11. WHT no seasoning of course there is duh, but it so good because chicken is bomb

  12. Fried chicken makes the chicken more juicy...

  13. When you coat the chicken with a flour or crumb base and then cook it the juices stay inside and keep the chicken moist and tender. Try taking the skin off and frying and you will see the difference. If you don't like the grease and batter you can always bake the chicken with out the skin in a oven bag to keep the moisture.  I still find spice will change the taste a lot or even inject your favorite seasoning into the meat of the chicken before hand.

    Enjoy

  14. KFC yum!

  15. hello. its sooo friggin crispy!!!!

  16. i dunno i think it's a greasy mess if you ask me . and picking the meat off the bones is really fun too. i'll stick to grilled or baked boneless

  17. Then I would have to say that you had a bad batch of fried chicken. Usually, a good southerner would season and marinate the chicken and also the flour. If you had a piece of commercial chicken that your guess is as good as mine. The traditional seasoning is garlic powder, paprika, maybe a little nutmeg, salt and pepper. Marinating the chicken gives the meat a good seasoned  flavor. Go down south to small country establishment and enjoy some good fried chicken and write in again.

  18. well i dont know what fried chicken YOU'VE been eating but you need to come on down to the south and try my auntie's fried chicken. you will never ask that question again!!

  19. You haven't had good fried chicken.  Fried chicken made well is seasoned, flavorful, crunchy, moist, and really yummy.  Find a great southern style restaurant or find a recipe from Alton Brown, Paula Deen, Tyler Florence or similar and make it yourself.  Don't knock it till you've had the real thing.

  20. I don't know what's so good about fried chicken.  Evidently millions of people like it.  I don't like greasy food, or eating chicken skin, to me it's nasty.  It's not just unseasoned flour, if that's how you've had it, then I can surely understand why you don't like it.  Some is made with a seasoned batter, then deep fried, others are coated with flour and seasoned crushed corn flakes and deep fried. There are different ways to make it, not all of them as bland as you described.  It's just not something I enjoy eating, but again, it's very popular with a huge number of people, so it's just a matter of taste. (and who's doin' the cookin'!)

  21. Where have YOU been eating fried chicken?   I hope you don't think KFC is the bar for judging fried chicken! ....  The chicken would set overnight in buttermilk and Creole seasoning (or seasoned salt) for flavor that permeates throughout the meat ...  The flour would be mixed with more Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, and whatever else the cook likes as a seasoning .....  The crunch of the perfect battered skin is wonderful!  Moist, tasty chicken - YUMMY!

  22. You have to season it up  to create a wonderful flavor.

  23. TRADITIONAL SOUTHERN FIXIN'

  24. it's fried...like duh!
