Whats some fun sports to stay in shape?

what are some fun sports/activities (besides the gym) for a 30 year old to do in order to stay in shape? Please only list sports/activities you do yourself.

  1. i know this isn't really a sport, but i have come to really appreciate walking everywher ein stead of driving. Not only is it easy and still a half decent work out (if you walk enough that is) but it gives me time to think, clear my head.. time alone and not having to worry about anything.

    As for sports, i LOVE swimming!!! laps/water sports/recreational whatever. swimming is awesome, especially if it's in a lake and not in a pool.

  4. i would recommend tennis.

    both of my parent play and they are a little over 50.

    they started a few years ago and are seriously obsessed.

    you could also do swimming. i did it for 9 years. its fun and works your entire body.

  5. basketball, running, swimming, and tennis. fun sports that keep u in shape.

  6. TRY TENNIS OR SOCCER

  7. Running, swimming, cycling.

    Soccer, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking.

    Surfing is great for building a strong core!!

    I like to be outside! =)
