  1. Well, doing muay thai kicks are gonna be kinda hard without the guidence of your arms but dont get down on yourself. A good way to strengthen your leg is by rolling a glass bottle on it 40 times and knocking your shin with the bottle 20 times. Its increases density in the shin making it stronger and deadens the nerves so you wont feel anything. Muay thai kick training doesnt even require weights, all it needs is a partner and a few pads. Just ask your partner to hold the pads while you kick it. Its really simple. If you have a punching bag, then mark a few area on the punching on the bag and kick them. It will help inprove the accuracy of your kick. Accuracy is important. Mark on like three areas. One more thing, a muay thai kicks doesnt focus on adding power, its all about the hip rotation. So when your kicking, kick with the shin and add rotation. The more rotation of the hip the faster and stronger the kick. Well hoped that helped you and get well soon.

  2. If it doesn't hurt your shoulder, practice your kicks on a banana bag.  Stretch a lot.  Flexibility is very important.  They more flexible you are, the less resistance on your leg muscles on head kicks, the better your balance will be, the less tired you will get, the harder you will be able to kick.  Thai boxers also roll bamboo sticks up and down their shins so they can kick anything without getting hurt.  Have a friend try hitting you in the leg with a plastic bat or stick to practice checking kicks.  Do lots of squats, lunges, calf raises, and box jumps.  You don't need to lift heavy weights.  Big muscles need more oxygen and make you tired faster.

  3. also if you dont have a bottle or bamboo use your knocking knuckles on your shins start with taps and progressively get to good pops....then drag the sam knuckles up and down the shin it may hurt abit but it will make defence way easier on you...other then that just throw the kicks as much as possible to keep your legs up....be carefull with the shoulder best wishes....
