1. Warm Chocolate Pudding Cakes Recipe

1 1/2 ounces good quality semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

    1/2-ounce unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped

    1 teaspoon unsalted butter,softened, plus 3 tablespoons

    3 tablespoons sugar

    1 large egg

    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

    Whipped cream, for garnish

    Cocoa powder, for garnish

Lightly butter 2 ramekins with 1 teaspoon of butter and set aside.

In the top of a double boiler place semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate and stir occasionally until melted. Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa. With an electric mixer, beat at medium-high speed until pale and very thick, about 5 minutes. Place mixture in prepared ramekins, filling about half-full. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours.

When ready to serve, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place ramekins on the middle shelf in the oven and bake until edges are set but centers are still shiny, about 10 or 11 minutes.

Invert pudding cakes onto plates and serve immediately, garnished with whipped cream or ice cream, and dust with cocoa powder. (Desserts may also be served directly from ramekins.)

  2. sugar cookies are incredible easy to make,

and they taste so good! :)

I didn't really like to make cake at first, because

the cake kept on caving into itself, and it was just

    really annoying, hahah :)

you can make it into an ice-cream sandwich by

melting the ice-cream enough so it's sorta mushy,

and putting it inbetween 2 sugar cookies!

then, put it in the fridge, and take it out whenever.

trust me, it's really good :) also, it's great for the

    summer weather, hahahahah.

    hope this helps!

  3. chocolate chip cookies. the kind that come in frozen dough. you just roll them into little balls then put them in the oven.

  4. Jiffy muffins ... two boxes of mix, water, eggs, mix, pour in cups, bake, eat. Easy and tasty.

  5. Cake from the box, especially the moist kind;

    Cookies from the frozen section in the grocery store;

All the other different kinds of cakes/breads like pumpkin, blueberry, lemon...right from the box- very simple ingredients and instructions-(you mainly have to add just water or milk and eggs).

    Good luck and enjoy....

  9. Here's a brownie recipe from scratch that is barely more difficult than making a mix and only takes a few more minutes. It's a family recipe that we've been making for close to 50 years, so it must be good ;-)

    Brownies

    2 ozs unsweetened chocolate

    1/4 c butter (1/2 stick)

1 c sugar (I use a little less because I like them less sweet)

    2 eggs

    1 tsp vanilla

    1/2 c flour

    1/8 tsp salt

1/2 c chopped walnuts (or pecans) even better if you toast them first

1/2 c semisweet chocolate -- chunked from a bar is best, but chocolate chips work too

Preheat oven to 325. Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with wax paper, butter paper. Melt chocolate and butter in medium pan. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla, mix. Stir in flour, nuts, chunked chocolate and salt and pour into prepared pan. Bake about 25 minutes. (I go for slightly underbaked - that way they stay nice and chewy). Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes, then flip over out of the pan, peel off the wax paper and continue to cool on rack. Eat them quick or cover them up tightly once cool so they stay chewy.

  10. Ive got a yummy chocolate chip cookie recipe and easy let me know if you want it :)

  11. CUPCAKES!

And cookies , and rice krispy squares. Oh man , I sound corny.

I usually stick chocolate chips on marshmellows , and make them into beautiful little villagers. Then I microwave them , and watch them wiggle around and melt. ALTHOUGH I SOUND LIKE SOME LUNATIC , I find it VERY entertaining. ;D

  12. cookies!

    1/2 c. cocoa

    2 c. sugar

    1/2 c. milk

    1 tsp. vanilla

    1 stick butter

    3 c. (quick) oats

    1/2 c. peanut butter

    Pinch of salt

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan and cook for 1 minute after mixture reaches rolling boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oatmeal. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Refrigerate.

  13. Browines from the box! Yum yum!

  14. brownies are awesome...you get to l**k the bowl!!

  15. I took a can of large buttery pillsbury croisants and filled them with a can of apple pie filling, well as individual desserts, I added cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans and rolled each one up and baked them, then I topped with warmed jar carmel and whipped cream, OMG, so unbelieveable good!!! I think it was 350 until golden, you should try it. I did it a a dinner party I had and it was a huge hit!!
