well for school im gonna be bringing my lunch everyday. what should i bring to full me up thats helathy and not tht much fattening. i already planned to bring peppers and cucumbers. what else?

  1. Well, fruit and vegetables are an obvious choice. They're low-cal and delicious!

    Complex carbs are essential for energy provision - what about pasta or couscous? Wheaten bread is great in sandwiches.

    Yoghurt is great on the go - top it with fruit or wheat germ.

  2. Peanut butter and jelly/honey/bananas on whole wheat bread is great for lunch because it is healthy and will keep you full. Also you can try turkey and cheese with mustard not mayo on whole wheat bread also. For sides you can bring grapes, they are easy to put in a baggy and take along. If you need something more, you can bring wheat thins along with the sandwhich or string cheese. Good luck!
