Just like any other provincial large town.  Ugly, but people get by.

No free parking anywhere, it is full of Polish people - which is ok, especially the beautiful ladies!  The roads are busy and often, a cruel South-Westerly wind will lash at you.

c**p,lots of imigrants,chavvy people and **** night clubs.

but it depends which area you live in,iv always fancied living down ocean village by the sea.
