Whats team would best fit juan pablo montoya?

I think the best fit for JPM is back in Indy cars, personally. He hasn't shown that he belongs in NASCAR, at least not to me. Sure he won a road coarse race last year, but it was still a road coarse, he's been racing them for years. Plus his second at Indianappolis last year was blown way out of proportion because he's had success there in Indy cars as well. I personally think he, a well as all the other open wheel drivers in NASCAR now, are all overrated. Thats my opinion and I don't care what any of you think about it.

He is OK right where he is at. Chip has lots of resources around his team. If not he might fit in over there at Penske.

GIBBS, he would fit perfect when Tony LEAVES and hopefully it will be soon...Tony is a Chevy Man and he does not like the "toys" or 'boys'....lol

Gillett Evernham. He could take Elliott Sadler's ride. This is not a down to Elliott he just doesn't seem to have a good fit where he is now.

I think Ganassi is the best fit actually.  They just need to get better.  Simple as that. JPM needs an exceptional crew chief, 8 more horses and an accomplished Cup driver to give some positive feedback.  Maybe Ryan Newman.
