There is a board game where you have a sentence and then you have to figure out what it means (usually by saying it faster)

ex: Topsy Kretts (top secrets)

eyeth ink ill of yoo (i think i love you)

Yep it is Mad Gab.  I own it, and it is a fun game.  I played it last week.  :):):)

It's definitely mad gab.... the sentences are on cards right and it uses a timer
