Whats that movie called?

decided to ask again :L cause i remembered what the main character looked like he had blonde hair with glasses

well the movie is about a guy that wants to kill him self and hes recording himself on a video camera (his family ,him at school,etc) and he goes to school and tells all his friends what his going to do then they all join him so they go to some shoip and get more video cameras and well 1 guy is getting bullied by a jock type guy (kinda dark coloured) and ends up killing some little girl then all his friends dont want to suicide or something then he ends up shotting out the school and killing the guy who first wanted to kill himself and he goes "the closer i get to death the more i want to live" (something like that) and it ends up being his my watching (the stuff him and his friends recorded)

try going to to impd.com it has all the movies ever made and mabye you can find it. you can search by tags so you can put htings like death guy recording kill. Lol. hope i helped
