There is also the Westfield Jr PGA Series and Championship. The Series is held at different sites around the country and the Championship is being held in the midwest this year. pga.com will have all the answers you need.

Check with the PGA Section in your area. They usually sponsor a "junior tour." Cheap golf at great courses. Your local PGA Pro should have information about the tournament schedule. If not call around.
