Whats that papper the dmv gives you while you wait for your liscense in the mail?

  1. It's called an "interim license" and is good until your permanent license comes in the mail.

    they print it right away (i think)

  3. Your either typing drunk or a very bad speller, or way too young to be asking this question.

    But, when I got my paper license it was that - a long piece of paper stating I was elligible & legal to drive.

    I don't know where you live, but in Missouri, they print them out at the DMV now.  No paper license, and no waiting.

  4. Thats you temporary license while you get your actual card. If you were to get pulled over, you would show that paper to the officer to let him know that you do have a valid drivers license. Its the only thing the paper is good for. It is not a form of ID for you to go buy beer, if you're of age, so don't go into the store and show them that paper when they ask you for an ID
