go to ur house and download a program called ultrasurf. put it on a cd, floppy, or flash drive and put it on the school computer.

The site that actually has a free download has some nasty ads to the side so try not to pay attention.

You just need to go through a proxy site that bypasses the restrictions at your school. Here's some that I always use that work really well:
