Whats the BEST way to stay awake w/o drinking coffee, any other remedies?

ok besides sleep, and fruit? theres no drink or special tea, or nothing that can help keep me awake

  1. Drinking water helps keep your brain functioning properly.

    Erm.. Don't work where you rest/play/sleep.

    Sticking pins to yourself hmmm... very unadvisable lol.


  2. How long are you trying to stay awake? What are the circumstances. I can tell you how to get energized if you feel tired but trying to stay awake is another issue.

    Just being tired I would recommend sleep, water, basic nutrition, plus B vitamins and ginseng with ginko biloba, and green tea.

    But if you are trying to stay awake you need more. Sugars, caffeine, and B vitamins.

  3. Take a shower  

  4. I drink orange juice.

  5. Get a good nights sleep.

  6. stick needles into your body, the pain will keep you awake

  7. jolt, mountain dew, speed, double shot, cold temperatures, cold water, get up and move around, nodose, vivarin

  8. uppers

  9. Fruit; bananas and apples are lifesavers when I'm working.
