  1. Maybe not quite what you were after, but...

Some bike-specific tools and a repair/maintenance manual (or find info on any one of many websites).  The knowledge and ability to make necessary adjustments, replace worn parts, and perform regular cleaning and lubing will be beneficial for both you and your bike.

  2. I like the glittery tassells that hang out the end of your handle bars.

  3. I have a headlight & electronic device that can be programmed to tell you your speed, average speed, time & distance. edit...that cateye thing looks cool, mine has wires but didn't cost much.

  4. If you want a good computer, look at the Cateye Strada wireless.  It provides you with: Current speed, Maximum speed, Average speed, Odometer, Trip distance , Trip distance 2, Elapsed time and a Clock all with the push of a button.  Best of all, it's wireless, so there are no wires to worry about.  You should be able to get one for around $30.

  5. a bell..

  6. I don't need any add ons for my bike.  But thanks for asking.

  7. Add-ons?  Do you want bells & whistles, or are you looking for performance?

The NUMBER ONE performance upgrade you can make to a bicycle is a new wheelset, but they can be very expensive; think $800 to $1200 or more.

But if you already have a $3,000 bike, it's worth it.

  8. Water bottle cages, clipless pedals and computer.
