I'm looking for it for a small school project.

It depends on the what you want. Noun? Verb? Ordinary speaking? An oratory?

Here are some more common ones:

讲 (jiang3), 说(shuo1) - to speak, to talk

言 (yan2) - to speak, to talk (ancient usage)

演讲 (yan2 jiang3) - public speech

演讲稿 (yan2 jiang2 gao3) - speech (noun)
