This answer to this question is very essential. What is the Difference Between "Mayhem" and "Aggravated Mayhem"? I heard Aggravated mayhem is the same thing as mayhem, just a lot worse. Is that true? What are some examples of crimes of the two? Thanks

  1. www.blacklawoffices.com/Criminal Law/drug.htm

  2. Aggravated mayhem sounds like there would be violence or destruction happening.

Mayhem could be people being unruly and unreasonable but not hurting anything or anyone else.

If these are actual legal terms, I have no idea!
