Whats the FASTEST working diet you know of!?!?

First let me begin by saying dont tell me to diet and excercise. It doesnt work for me...Nothing does. I dont care if the diet you tell me to do is unhealthy and life threatening...at this point I dont care anymore. Im tired of being fat (200 pounds and only 5'1) Im 21 by the way. Ive been big my whole life and I need to lose weight. My grandparents died of heart disease, and my father just had a heart attack last year...I also have high cholesterol already. So again- i know some diets arent healthy, but its hard sticking to them and regular diet and excercise line isnt gonna work for me. I need something that will work and shed pounds fast!! please help!

  2. the fastest i ever lost weight was while doing the no carb diet.  i lost 30 lbs in 30 days.  i stopped the diet because i was having dreams about orange juice.  plus, i couldn't lose any more weight.

    the best diet i ever did where i lost weight and didn't feel deprived was Weight Watchers.

I feel your pain!!  I know that it is hard, trust me!  I've just decided to join a weight management program through my health insurance.  Maybe you can check into something like that.  I know you think that nothing works for you but maybe you are going about it the wrong way.  I also know that you do not wanna hear to diet and exercise but that is the ONLY healthy way to loose weight.  It is definitely frustrating and you feel like you are not making any progress but remember that you should only loose 2 pounds a week.  If you loose more than that it is not healthy and could seriously mess you up....you are only 21 and you definitely do not wanna mess up your system at such a young age.  Plus, when you loose weight too quick you usually gain in back plus more!!   Never ever take diet pills - they are sooo bad for you!!!  Good luck!!!  Please don't do anything stupid.  I know it is hard but hang in there.

    I definitely agree with Mrs. Church - Weight Watchers is a great program.

  4. ok, give up salt. and when you eat junk...just look at saturated fat not the whole thing. if its low, fine, if not don't eat as much of it. i have never counted calories, in fact i probably consume more than my 220 son, but i don't eat anything with added salt cause i don't want to look bigger than i am due to water weight and bloating. in my sick twisted mine saturated fat will go straight to my thighs, i know that isn't true, but i avoid things hi in saturated fat. i am at my heaviest weight since pregnant and its just 133. so apparently it works for me, maybe it will work for you 2. oh and for exercise, i grocery shop at walmart without a list and walk back and forth alot. like when i get to chicken and think how quesadillas sound good and have to go back for low fat sour cream. you get the picture, i run around walmart like a crazy person, but that's my idea of exercise.

  5. You know what? i am on the same boat as you and i definitely feel your pain. I am also around 200 pounds and 5'6 and i desperately need to drop at least 40 pounds by january. I used Phentermine few years ago and lost about 25 pound but you CANNOT get it anymore without a prescription which is why i am going to see my doctor next week with the hope that she will give me a prescription for it. I just need something to help me suppress my appetite and it is the only thing that ever work for me. i have done all the exercises in the world, tried to eat less but i still have the same problem i guess it is easier for some people than others.  so my suggestion is to convince your doctor to write you a prescription for phentermine

  7. i say try pills. my friend at work is doing the slim shots and they seem to work but if you can afford it try talking to your doctor. get pills or shots. those work fast!! I feel your pain im right there with you

  8. weight watchers does work...the points system is very flexible...you can eat anything but keeping healthy portions...it would help a lot if you choose healthy foods and lots of vegetables to feel full with few calories...if you want, you could just go to the 1st meeting, grab the books and instructions, and you don't HAVE to return...you may want to go to the next couple of sessions to have some support...it works great, as long as you have will power...if you're on a budget, then just cut all the junk food and start eating healthily and walking 5 days a week...if you eat too much, cut everything by half...if not, just eat until you're satisfied, not to the point where you're full and you can't even move...ummm lots of water...lots of fruits and veggies...you'll lose weight fast because the more overweight a person is, the faster he/she will lose the pounds...

  9. hey u can't reduce weight fast without exercising..it works for everyone..even if u join some thing like nutrisystem or these types of things u will have to exercise to shed those pounds..if u want to lose weight fast u will have to exercise and exercise and u really neeed to do it everyday because really need to lose weight..(sorry)..and eat less junk food...and more fruits and veges..that all i can tell..and without patience and will power u cant lose weight..so u shud have the will power to lose weight..
