  1. Grilled Chicked breast is full of protein and not high in fat. Its used in a lot of diets with many different things.


  2. Roasted mackerel , rocket salad, tomatoes, black olives, lime juice , olive oil!!!!

  3. packets of miso soup w/ onions out of a mug is very heartwarming, filling, and almost no calories and no fat.

  9. Make a fruit salad .. the way I make mine is I mix together strawberries .. kiwi .. sliced pears .. sliced cherries .. peaches .. pineapple chunks .. and lemon juice to keep it fresh .. it is easy and so so yummy .. if you want to you can add some low fat whipped cream to top it off.

  10. Try some watermelon, it's satisfying and it is tasty.
