Whats the SEVIS ID in the visa application mean ? where can i get that ID number ?

i did pay 100 $ for visa application. but still dunno where to get the sevis ID number

The SEVIS number is only required for certain non-immigrant visas (i.e., F-1 student visa).  It is found on the I-20 in the upper right corner.
