Whats the Symptoms of a Gall Bladder Attack?

I have been having a dull ache in my lower left side for 2 days now ,any help will be appreciated,thank you

Your gall bladder is located on your middle right abdomen.  The feeling is and intense stabbing pain which can take your breath away.  If the ache is dull, it's not gal bladder.  It sounds like you might just have some intestinal distress.  If it bothers you a lot, go to the doctor.
