To give an absolute location for Texas is difficult, as it covers a large area. Usually absolute location is for cities where you can almost pinpoint the location using latitude and longitude with their degrees, minutes and seconds. But Texas will have 4 different sets of degrees: northwest corner of the state, northeast corner, southwest corner and the southeast corner. I'm not sure if that is what you want.
