Whats the advantage of having a minority goverment?

I don't know what you mean by minority government-

I assume you mean having minorities within the government.

I can see no advantage considering everyone is working with the same gray matter on the inside regardless of their color on the outside.

Minority or majority, the only way to have any advantage in government is to elect the best person for the job regardless of their race, religion, gender, etc...

When the right person is elected, they know that their job is to represent ALL of their constituents!  

If you go by race, religion, gender, etc... then our daughter could only be represented by electing a white female who is Jewish and Lutheran and comes from Russian, Irish, British and German heritage.  

Clearly, this is not the case.  We elect our representatives to represent ALL of us and to do what is best for All Americans, not just those of their race or religion or gender.
