Whats the average cost for a bride to get her make up done

I WOULD rather do it myself, but I hear girls sometimes say they wish they had paid someone to do so they could just relax and enjoy their day. What do you guys think? Any brides out there have some advice?

50 to 200.but i would personally just go up to a makeup counter at the mall....like mac at macys.......and tell them it is ur wedding and they will do the makeup for free.......but u have tobuy 30 dollars worth of stuff from there. i think this is a good idea.

I would recommend: don't pay. Honestly.

If you are not confident that you can do a good enough job for yourself, as one of your friends or sisters who likes to do makeup and give her a nice gift of chocolates or flowers or a piece of jewellery to say thank you.

Around $50.00.  That;s what my sister spent on her wedding day on make up alone, and it was in 2003!!  it also depends who's doing it,  if the makeup artist is really famous, he/she will definitely charge you more!

If you go to any macy's or nordstroms and purchase $40 worth of makeup from MAC or DIOR or any other makeup section they will do it for free! :)  Just don't tell them its for your wedding..sometimes they charge more for that!

my opinion is don't pay some one to do it.. they only make you look worse they want to put so much make up on you ... brides should look natural not like a clown.. do your own make up .. or ask a friend or family memeber to help you decided on what to do .. dont use to much natural is better.. but if you did have to pay my sister paid 100 dollars for her and she got mad and had me and my mom help her fix it .. waste of money..!!! but we told her !!! she didnt want to listen ... well congratulation!!!

Actually, don't tell the people that its for a wedding, because they will charge more. At the clinique counter, you can ask them to do your make-up for 15 dollars, or if you don't want to pay cash, you can buy two products instead. They ask you what look your going for, and say like, "Ohh, the natural look." by the way, if you want to do a smoky eye, tell them to do it lightly because they make it realllly dark. hope that helped!!
