Whats the average price of this Race Car?

I plan to build a racecar to race at the local dirt track. This car is a Super Stock/Sportsman Crate/Street Stock. What is the average price?

Depending on the condition of the car, I've seen prices from $1,500 up to $4,500 without an engine. Check out E Bay motors and see what's online over there. You could probably buy one cheaper than what it costs to build it properly.

I just last year bult a Chevrolet Nova for a Super Stock. I did well. I won 8 races, and finished 2nd 9 times. I paid 9,000 for the car, and 4,500 for the engine. I got all the best that I could get, and sadly, no I did not make money. I knew that when I built the car that I would not make money, but what a ride. That car is flawless. I am looking forward to this upcoming season. You can build a good car with a decent engine for about 10,000, but I went all out.

between $1,700 n $5,000 depending on the quality, stability of the car. custom parts r more expensive than stock, so keep ur eyes open 4 that bro.

If you're just starting out, you may want to go to different organization's website as they always have some sort of classified section for cars. Start off slow & work yourself up. Don't be too much in a rush and gain track time plus just overall experience befor plunking down too much money. You don't want to spend too much on a car & then total it.

Well it depends crate motors can range from 5 thousand to 10 thousand what type of car is it and is it a four cylinder or 8 cylinder and if its a crate late then for a new front running car about 15thousand
