Whats the average...?

amount of pounds to lose per week...or per month ,if your doing it the healthy way (eating healthy,doing cardio, and lifting free weights)?

  1. If your doing it at a healthy moderate pace, I'd say about 2-5

    lbs. a week lost.

    But remember, everybody's body is different so just be patient, your time will come.

  2. Doctors will say 1 to 2 lbs. a week is best to lose and keep it off. More than that you are likely to gain it back.
