The only time my kids get more money for a tooth is if it has to be pulled by a dentist. Otherwise its all the same either 1 or 2 dollars depending on what cash I have on hand.

I always got $1.00 per tooth, but with the last baby tooth maybe it's worth a couple dollars, since they dont have the "baby" part anymore and they are a "totally cool big kid" now! At least that's what I plan to do with my daughters. lol.

I always got $1-$4. If the child lost a tooth like having to have it pulled, depending on the situation it might be worth a bit more. With the way Americas going today i guess you can afford to give a bit more for teeth.
