I would have to say around 16-13 seconds and I have been running for a long time...

Around 12 secs is good. That is a tough race. My tip for you would be to focus hard on your block work. Many sprinters are sloppy out of the blocks. This is a point where you have the opportunity to cut the most time from your race.

For a 15 year old, who is actually a runner, about 12 to 13 seconds is average.   Under 12 would be pretty good.
