Whats the average weight of a 5'6 14 year old?

i know its a weird question. but my sister has convinced herself that shes overweight, even though shes clearly not. and im just trying to figure out if her weight is average for her age and height. shes a 14 year old, and shes about 5'6.

I'd say 130-140 pounds is pretty normal.

I am 5'6 and i weight like 135 or so, i fit into a size 2-4 if that helps

its between 100 - 150 pounds

It depends. There are girls that a really small and girls that are more developed.

I'd say a good size would be from 110-140

But your weight doesn't tell you if you're too fat. If she's athletic, she's going to weigh more because of the muscle.
