Whats the best 250cc motorbike

hey i have a 125cc bike at the moment and i am about to do my bike test! can only go up to 33bh for the first 2 years i have found a bike that i like its a kawasaki ninja 250Rcc 2008 but is 36bh, 3bh to much. does any one know of any others? Or could i restrict it to 33bh? thanks

The Ninja 250 and the Hyosung GT250R are the only 250s that qualify for the 33bhp period (and it does qualify, there would be little point in selling it in Europe if it didn't).

However you can restrict all kinds, here's a limited list
