  1. I used 5 steps to a 5 and Kaplan's. I actually thought 5 steps was the best preparation. I don't think Barron's and Princeton Review is any good, but a lot of my friends said cliffs was good.

    Hope this helps.

  2. i am going to take AP biology, and i did some research on the review books:

from what i read/heard, Cliffnotes is the best for AP biology. almost everyone recommended Cliffnotes. some people also said that Barron's usually has good science review books. Princeton Review has good review books over all, their biology one was ok.

i didn't read anything about Kaplan or 5 steps to a 5 for AP biology. i used an old 5 steps to a 5 book for AP physics last year. the subject review was good and easy to understand, but the practice test questions were not so great.

  3. Cliffs is the best no matter what. Buy that and if you need more practice test also buy REA because it has 6 practice test. But the best one to study off of is Cliffs.
