If you live near a Chinatown or Japantown, I suggest heading there to eat.  You will get more variety and they will be more authentic.

Best chinese I'v ever had is in chicopee mass. Everytime i've strayed away I really miss it. First thing  do when I get back is call and order their chicken wings an pork lo mein and fried shrimp. It's the best. It's called China Star.
