Whats the best GPS unit I can buy (read details first before answering) ?

Here are my GPS requirements:

1)MUST be able to manually input Minutes/degrees/seconds etc into.

2) MUST be a handheld unit

3) MUST be under 100$

4) the unit does NOT have to be color

5) the unit does NOT have to talk to me

6) unit is PERFERED to be to waterproof but it doesnt matter.

  2. Price level is difficult. I have Globalsat GH-615B to track my sport (it's like a big watch and should cost approx ~150USD).

    Anyway, whatever you get look for sirfstarIII chipset - it's simply the best.

Garmin eTrex.  there are a number of models in the eTrex line.  They start at about $99 and go up from there depending on the bells and whistles you want.  They all allow coordinate input, are handheld, come in both monochrome and color screens (obviously color is more $$), and are waterproof.
