Where's a good place to get a meal in T.O. that serves food I've probaly never heard of before? If I can't pronounce anything on the menu, I'm happy!

  1. Try the Ethiopian House.  Most people have never had anything like it.

4 Irwin Ave. (2 blocks. N. of Wellesley off Yonge St.)

I'd recommend the Bayaaynatu, its great stuff and their coffee is brilliant.  Their full menu is on their website.

  2. Havely in Mississauga close to Burnhamthrop is a good Indian/Pakistani food. Taste is good as well as the cost.

  3. Bombay Palace

  4. Take a walk down Gerrard Street for really good, inexpensive Indian food.  At Kennedy and Ellesmere there is/was (?) a really nice Sri Lankan restaurant.

  5. For elegant, delicious Chinese food with a seafood bent, try the Ambassador in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 at West Beaver Creek, just west of Hwy 404). You can try seafood dishes you won't see at your local restaurant, and you'll enjoy great service and surroundings.

  6. none

  7. There is this restaurant in young street called SpringRolls,

Its the s h i t! They have the best mango and avocado shakes,

awesome chicken fried rice and the best spring rollsmade!
