Believe me, there are no good poker programs for the PC or consoles.  Either the AI is simply too aggressive and calls everything or is way too easily bluffed.  Really, your best bet is to play against other people.

The best holdem game for the PC is any of the real online poker sites... playing against other people is always going to be more realistic than playing against a computer AI.
