Thankfully, alcohol is as open to self expression as almost any area of life can be.

People who like to act snooty, which can be great fun, seem to gravitate towards wine or very complex cocktails.

Those who fancy living as pirates prefer rum. Especially saying it with a very coarse gravelly voice, and ordering it from the scullery.

I personally prefer the variability of beer. A delicious cream stout, an imperial stout, a hoppy IPA, or even a wondrous lambic can really hit the spot. They go better with many things than most people first think. I fancy myself as a beer snob, which is never a good thing. You know, unless it is.

Captain Morgans Spiced Rum.  Mix it with coke or sprite or your favorite soda and enjoy.

I don't drink much, but if I do, I usually drink a Malibu and Pineapple or a Malibu Bay breeze. It's a foo-foo drink but it's still tasty. :-)
