Whats the best at home bug killer?

ok I live in south dakota, and I would like to turn my basement into an apartment for me to live in, problem is there are spiders down stairs, so i was wondering which is the best at home killer for bugs that works really good and is safe to be around after only a few hours (because i have a baby in the house)???

A corn broom followed by a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment. You can try a bug bomb, but really the easiest way is to sweep the webs away and then vacuum the spiders up. You'll have to keep doing this from time to time.

Well some people are getting smart but yeah that and the cheap way is some bug spray from home depot 10 - 15 bucks or windex like 5 bucks
