Whats the best beaches near Hale in Cornwall?

Going on holiday soon and want to know the best beaches for sand and surfing!

It's Hayle not Hale! and I don't know I live in North Cornwall.

Porthkidney is really good.it is a north-facing sandy beach about 600m long on the western side of the Hayle estuary and is reputed to be used by naturists - but with some history of local hostility. Carbis Bay is round a small headland to the west, Lelant is to the south.

hi i love cornwall been going to devon and cornwall for 13 years but if you want sand and surfing you have to try woolacombe bay lovely beach and surfing.
