the crf250f is a lot of fun to ride if your into racing but the almost same exact bike is the crf250x witch is for trail riding just with a few mods... aslo the yzf250 is a nice bike and are pretty reliable and nice take a look at a few of them and pick a nice bike

the honda crf 250r it has won the dirt bike magazine shout out and is the most durable but the dirt bike magazine rated them at

1. honda crf250

2.yamaha yz250

3. Kawasaki kx250/Suzuki rmz250

all of these are good bike but honda is the best

Honda CRF 250X - for general trail riding, the CRF 250R for motocross.  The X has better low end and more suited for trails.  Easy to maintain and can be fixed up with 4-stroke kits and pipes.  No matter your skill level, great bikes.  I have been riding dirt bikes for most of my 40 years and have always preferred Honda.  Happy trails!

.The six cylinder Honda  ridden by Mike Hailwood back in the fifties. They have one in the Ontario Science Museum which actually was ridden by Mike Duff at Mosport in the seventies.
