Whats the best camera I can buy for 360 dolars? - urgent?

I want good quality :) my buget was only 180 dolars but I talked to my dad about taking pictures of his jeep club aventures and he said he will give me 180 dolars , so together I have 360 dolars, I like wide LCD screens and yep thats about it, if you can leave link I will thank you XD

this camera is AWESOME!! its touch screen and you can even draw on your pictures right on the camera...with your finger!! its an awesome camera and my # 1 choice to anyone who is buying a camera!!

The Canon PowerShot Pro S5 IS. The LCD isn't as large as on some cameras, but it's big enough and the camera is suited for more professional photography. The reason why I love the LCD on the camera so much is that it flips out and twists around, so you can get it at exactly the right angle and take pictures from any position. It has a really good lens, too.
