I wanted the Garmin Nuvi 260W but found it was discontinued?? :[ I don't know why though grr

Who told you the 260W was discontinued?  That is not true.  It may not be at whatever retailer you looked at, but I can assure you the 260W has not been discontinued by Garmin.  Garmin discontinued the 300 series and most of the 600 series.
