well fox used to broadcast rugby every monday night, but this year they decided to cancel it. now the only way that i beleive that you can watch rugby in the states is on the internet...it really sucks! there is a petition on the fox website to bring the coverage back...

Mediazone is great, it has several different competitions that it covers completely including tri-nations, super 14, currie cup for South Africans and the NZ Cup for Kiwis. I cancelled my entire cable package and signed up for the All access pass - get all the rugby I want and I am spending less on netflix + mediazone than I would on a cable company package. If you can hook your PC up to your TV (easy to do with a couple of cables from Radio Shack) you can also watch the games on your tv rather than a small PC screen.
